Pre-Event Consultation
We start by sitting down (virtually or in person) to discuss your vision, preferences, and any must-have moments you want captured. Together, we’ll create a personalized timeline that flows smoothly, ensuring no special moment is missed.
Personalized Coverage
We take the time to understand your unique story, tailoring our approach whether you’re eloping or celebrating with a larger crowd. Every couple deserves a customized experience, and that’s exactly what we provide.
On the Day
Our goal is to be a calming, supportive presence, blending into the background while still capturing all the raw emotion and beauty of your day. We’ll guide you when needed for those perfect portraits, but we also make sure to capture the candid moments that tell the true story of your celebration.
- For Elopements: You can expect an intimate, focused experience with an emphasis on your vows, the ceremony, and stunning portraits that reflect the serenity of your special day.
- For Small Weddings: From getting ready to post-ceremony portraits, we’ll document every heartfelt moment, from laughter and tears to the quiet, personal exchanges.
- For Larger Weddings: With a team of two photographers, we’ll ensure no moment goes unnoticed. From grand gestures to subtle expressions, we’ll be everywhere—capturing everything you might miss in the hustle of your big day.
Post-Event
Once the celebration is over, we’ll dive into the editing process, carefully curating your images to tell the story of your day. You can expect your full digital gallery within 6-8 weeks, along with sneak peeks along the way to keep the excitement alive.

Up to 1 Hour of Coverage – $400
Ideal for intimate ceremonies or quick celebrations. Includes coverage of the ceremony and a few portraits afterward. -
Up to 2 Hours of Coverage – $750
Covers the ceremony, a few pre-ceremony getting ready moments, and portraits afterward. Perfect for short, sweet ceremonies. -
Up to 4 Hours of Coverage – $1,400
Includes coverage of the ceremony, some getting ready moments, and additional portraits. A great fit for small weddings or elopements with extra details. -
Up to 6 Hours of Coverage – $1,800
Comprehensive coverage of getting ready, the ceremony, and key reception moments. Perfect for capturing more of the day. -
Up to 8 Hours of Coverage – $2,200
Full wedding day coverage, including getting ready, first look photos, the ceremony, portraits, and significant reception moments. Ideal for larger weddings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Retainer: A 25% retainer is due at the time of booking, with flexible payment plans available.
- Discounts: Discounts are available for Active Duty Armed Services members, Veterans, Police, and Fire personnel.
- Travel Fees: Fees apply for elopements and weddings in the Western Caribbean:
- Roatan: No fees
- Utilia: $500
- Guanaja: $500
- Image Delivery: We deliver an average of 50 images (color/black & white) per hour of coverage.
- Digital Gallery: Access to a digital gallery of all edited high-resolution images, complete with print store access.
- Print Options: High-quality prints are available (canvas, metal, albums, photo books, etc.).
- Turnaround Time: Expect delivery within 4-6 weeks, with sneak peeks provided as we edit.
