Our first month photographing on Roatán has been nothing short of incredible. After relocating from Hawai‘i, we weren’t sure how quickly we’d settle into a new island life or how soon we’d begin booking clients—but this island welcomed us with open arms, beautiful light, and unforgettable moments.
One of the highlights of our first month was an engagement photoshoot at the Kimpton Grand Roatán. With its clear turquoise water, palm-lined walkways, and breathtaking sunset views, the Kimpton is easily one of the most picturesque places on the island. It was the perfect setting to capture the excitement and joy of a newly engaged couple.
Engagement season is officially here, and we also photographed another romantic session at Luna Beach Boutique Resort. Luna Beach offers soft sand, golden-hour glow, and quiet beachfront areas that help couples feel relaxed and natural in front of the camera.
We also loved capturing a beautiful family/maternity session at Half Moon Bay in West End. The calm water and stunning scenery make it an ideal spot for families who want warm, authentic photos during their visit to Roatán.
To round out the month, we had a fun and vibrant solo birthday photoshoot back at Luna Beach. Solo sessions are always a favorite—they’re full of confidence, color, and personality.
